On 09 June 2023, Charlie Company, 524th Division Sustainment Support Battalion conducted a Change of Command ceremony where the outgoing commander, CPT Andrew Chang, transferred command of the company to the incoming commander, CPT Shannon Wissemann. The Change of Command ceremony is a military tradition representing a handover of authorities and responsibilities within a unit or command. The colors flown at every ceremony represents the history, tradition, and accomplishments of that command.
