Santa and his band of merry elves visit the village of Port Lions in Kodiak, Alaska, Dec. 5, 2023, and give presents to the children, which were courtesy of the Coast Guard’s Kodiak Spouses Association. This visit was the first of many for the annual Santa to the Villages event, where Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak air crews partner with the spouse’s association to fly Santa and his elves around the island of Kodiak to visit villages and deliver presents to the children there.
