Airmen assigned to the 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, 920th Rescue Wing, perform chest compressions on a medical manikin during Basic Life Support training at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, Dec. 3, 2023. This semi-annual training encompasses a range of life-saving techniques that can be applied in emergency situations to include the ability to recognize signs of cardiac arrest and stroke, the use of an Automated External Defibrillator and proper techniques to perform chest compressions. The 920th ASTS is comprised of personnel with a wide variety of medical Air Force Specialty Codes who provide physical exams, immunizations and occupational safety support to 920th Rescue Wing Airmen.
