Participants in the Air Force Sustainment Center / Federal Aviation Administration Leadership Exchange Program gathered at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., to discuss their capstones Dec. 4. After the group shared their take-aways from the program, Wendy Walden, acting executive director of AFSC, and Kevin O’Connor, deputy director of Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center at FAA, presented certificates. The program facilitates greater collaboration between the two federal entities and allows them to share best practices. Here, O'Connor discusses the coin he presented to participants.
