SAN DIEGO (Nov. 14, 2023) Michael “Spence” Spencer, the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) executive director and mission mindset lead, presenting on NAVWAR’s mission mindset efforts at the AFCEA C4ISR Symposium, Nov. 14. Improving mission mindset is one of the objectives of NAVWAR’s 2022 Strategic Vector and focuses on increasing the connection between the workforce and the mission through training, communications and Fleet engagement.
