(Dec. 6, 2023) Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United States, his Excellency Ambassador Nguyen Quoc Dzung lay a wreath and pay their respects in honor of John McCain III, a United States Naval Academy (USNA) graduate and Navy officer.
