Spc. Felicia Neeley spends quality time with her son, Kimani Brown, while traveling the United States during the Summer of 2011. Neeley, a native of Jamaica and a soldier assigned to the 4220th United States Army Hospital, in Fort Hamilton, N.Y., received assistance in finding a job through the Employer Partnership Program within in months of signing into the program. As a single parent, finding a job through the EPG program was one worry she did not have to endure. (Courtesy photos/released)
