U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Omar I. Cardoso Bienes, a joint fire observer assigned to 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, conducts a laser spot handoff to correlate the aircraft into the target during a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) exercise at Rattlesnake Range, Camp Shelby, Mississippi, Dec. 07, 2023. The TACP consisted of Marine joint fire observers and joint terminal attack controllers who coordinated with aircraft to conduct close air support drills.
