Machinery Repairman 2nd Class Zach Shillcutt makes a casualty report to a phone talker in Repair Locker 2 during a general quarters exercise aboard the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46). Tortuga is underway in preparation for an amphibious integration training and certification exercise, and will participate in the annual multinational joint training exercise Cobra Gold.
