A 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron Airman tightens a combat application tourniquet during tactical combat casualty care training at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, Dec. 4, 2023. The TCCC teaches lifesaving techniques in prehospital combat medicine to reduce preventable deaths while maintaining operation success. The 920th ASTS is comprised of personnel with a wide variety of medical Air Force Specialty Codes who provide physical exams, immunizations and occupational safety support to 920th Rescue Wing Airmen.
