U.S. Army Reserve Cpt. Phuong Tran, receives a pass from Master Sgt. Pedro Foster, achieving a first down during an Army versus Navy shadow game against U.S. Navy Sailors stationed in the Kaiserslautern Military Community, Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023 at Daenner Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany, ahead of 'America's Game.' "Playing in the game helped me build a stronger relationship with my fellow Soldiers and created lasting memories," said Tran. "Especially with the 7 MSC producing a win on a last-minute go-ahead touchdown! I would love to see this shadow game as an annual tradition within the 7 MSC." The 7th hosted the game to build camaraderie and connect service members across branches. The 7th Mission Support Command defeated the Navy team 21 - 14. Go Army. Beat Navy!
The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th provides logistics and sustainment support for U.S. Army Europe - Africa missions across the theater.
