CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (December 9, 2023) - Sailors and Soldiers compete against each other in an Army v. Navy flag football game at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 9, 2023. CLDJ and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa leadership held the game in recognition of the 124th Army-Navy Game, one of the most traditional and enduring rivalries in college football. Forward-deployed service members cheered for their respective teams in CLDJ’s close game that ended in a Navy victory. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed to ensure security and protect U.S. interests.
