U.S. Army Maj. Felipe Posada-Montes, a logistics officer assigned to the 436th Movement Control Battalion currently deployed to Powidz, Poland, awards a Polish student with a toy soldier as a token of appreciation after a community holiday event at a local school in Witkowo, on Dec. 11, 2023. The 436th MCB Soldiers decorated cookies and participated in activities with the children. The Soldiers are deployed as part of a rotation of forces to Poland to support multinational training and operations, enhance interoperability and contingency response capabilities with allies and partners, and deter adversaries in the European theater.
