U.S. Army Spc. Michael T. Burnette, a native of San Antonio, Texas, and infantry team leader assigned to 2nd Platoon, Company A, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team “Rakkasans,” 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), selflessly serves his country while deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
