U.S. Sailors evaluate and treat a simulated casualty with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) during a mass casualty exercise as part of Amphibious Squadron, MEU Integration (PMINT) aboard the USS New York (LPD 21) in the Atlantic Ocean, Dec. 11, 2023.
