Organized by NIWC Atlantic’s Palmetto Tech Bridge in conjunction with the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA), the final phase of the competition took place during the Innovation Pitch Jam of the CDCA’s 2023 Eastern Defense Summit.
