    1st Lt. Robert Blair, 320th Missile Squadron, points out functions and features of a launch control capsule console to Jeffrey Means, professor of Native American History at the University of Wyoming and a member of the Lakota Nation at the Missile Procedures Trainer on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, Nov. 27, 2023, as part of events organized for National American Indian Heritage Month. Means was invited to speak about Native American history in Wyoming as part of those events.
