At the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Recovery Field Office in Kihei, HI., the Hawaiʻi Wildfires Recovery Team members hold a Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) Drill. Table tents are used along with the map during the drill to identify key locations and personnel movements between USACE and our partners throughout ongoing recovery operations.
