A U.S. Marine with the chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detachment, Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 372, Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, examines a building for a simulated chemical leak during Exercise Steel Knight 23.2 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Dec. 14, 2023. Marines surveyed an abandoned facility for the presence of simulated CBRN hazards to facilitate the establishment and operation of a forward arming and refueling point.
