This digital art was created for the 82TRW commander in an effort to establish a mascot for the installation. The plan would be to utilize this mascot in events like Air Shows and large public or base events that involve younger audience members. The character was named Leo and visually inspired as an homage to Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez. This product was to be used by the costume company to design and create the suit for the mascot.
