Newly appointed Zulu King, Mr. Melvin Labat, arrives at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans to meet with Marines and discuss the terms and support for Toys for Tots, as well as the Marines support for Mardi Gras, Dec. 20, 2023. The King of Zulu is part of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club that actively participate in the local communities and Mardi Gras.
