Brig. Gen. Kirk Gibbs, commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pacific Ocean Division visited first responders assisting with the combined federal, state, and local Hawaii Wildfires recovery mission. The responders will miss sharing the holidays with their family and friends and Gibbs thanked them for their service with the mission. Here he chats with Christy Cox from the Louisville District at the Emergency Field Office in Lahaina, Maui. Cox is a GIS specialist and is assisting with the Consolidated Debris Removal Program.
