The vehicle was procured through a Foreign Military Financing (FMF) case that has supported the Liberian Coast Guard for approximately a decade. Since a complete restructure beginning in 2006, the Armed Forces of Liberia have made incredible progress as a professional and apolitical "Force for Good," supporting regional U.N. peacekeeping operations in Mali and other locations (U.S. Air Force courtesy photo).
