U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command Principal Assistant for Acquisition Dawn L. Rosarius retires this week after a nearly 30-year career serving MRDC in a wide range of leadership roles. The command’s first woman member of the Department of the Army senior executive service, Rosarius led MRDC through the coronavirus pandemic and oversaw its transition to the Defense Health Agency.
