Truman (CVN 75), Jan. 12, 2024. Vice Adm. Daniel Dwyer was relieved by Vice Adm. Doug Perry as commander, Joint Force Command Norfok, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, and director, Combined Joint Operations from the Sea - Centre of Excellence.
