Army engineers of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard 892nd Multi Role Bridge Company, 190th Engineer Battalion, are training with new equipment. They are currently training with recently acquired bridges while their personnel get certified in its operation, assembly and disassembly. The bridges are useful in state and federal emergencies and can be installed in less than a day after been notified of their need. Here, Spc. Elizabeth Matos, a native of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, and member of the 892nd MRBC, 190th Engineer Battalion, helps lifting one of the parts of the bridge as her unit is certified in the bridge's operation. Matos is one of two females in the 892nd MRBC. The Department of Defense has lifted the restrictions of females serving in combat line units. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
