The Chief Petty Officer Leader Development Course prepares chief petty officers for increased leadership responsibilities in support of the Chief of Naval Operations Navy Leader Development Framework. CLDJ is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed to ensure security and protect U.S. interests.
