CONSTANTA, Romania (Dec. 17, 2023) -- Cmdr. Kevin ‘KFed’ Harrington, Commanding Officer of Patrol Squadron (VP) 46, the ‘Grey Knights,’ shakes hands with Rear Adm. Cornel-Eugen Cojocaru, Romanian Fleet Commander, in Constanța, Romania, Dec. 17, 2023.
