The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, removed the last remaining hazardous tree in Kula, Hawai‘i, Jan. 15. This was the final task needed to finish out the debris removal mission in Kula. A closing ceremony was held Jan. 19, to honor the occasion. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Maui County, USACE and their contractors were in attendance.
