Maj. Gen. Michael Leeney, commanding general of the 40th Infantry Division and Task Force Spartan, and Maj. Gen. Mohammed Al-Dhafiri, commander of the Kuwait Land Forces, met to discuss future operations between the KLF and Task Force Spartan on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, January 4, 2024.
