Soldiers with the 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade, Pennsylvania National Guard, are evaluated by 174th Infantry Brigade observer, coach/trainers (OC/Ts) on Fort Bliss, Texas, Jan 22, 2024. In preparation for 2-112 IN;s upcoming deployment, the OC/Ts assessed their reaction and response capabilities by observing multiple training exercises that incorporated realistic and dynamic simulations. The engagement in simulation training alongside subject matter experts aims to boost their proficiency in reacting and responding adeptly across various scenarios.
