YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 24, 2024) — Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Kate Trixia Jacob receives a naturalization certificate during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony from Lt. Sarah Chi, Region Legal Service Office Western Pacific, at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Community Readiness Center. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
