Karan Sanyashi, a rigger assigned to 189th Division Sustainment Support Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division Sustainment Brigade, execute a final equipment check at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina, Jan. 22, 2024. The Paratroopers completed the checks in preparation for an in-flight rig that marked the start of Operation Devil Strike. 1st BCT conducted Devil Strike to validate their preparedness for an upcoming rotation at the Joint Readiness Training Center on Fort Johnson, Louisiana.
