Rafael Miranda, commanding officer, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) awards Adam Forshey Civilian Federal Engineer of the Year Award during an all hands call at the Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy base theater January 24, 2024. Forshey has provided critical support for unique and critical mechanical system requirements for the Aegis Ashore mission, which includes facilities in Romania and Poland.
