A U.S. Air Force Airman with the security forces squadron addresses a simulated patient during an M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) turnover exercise at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility Jan. 14, 2024. During the exercise, first-responders received a call of a simulated flipped HIMARS and provided care to casualties in order to improve readiness techniques.
