NORFOLK, Va. - Vice Admiral Douglas Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, speaks to Reserve Sailors from U.S. 2nd Fleet during MAKO Challenge 24, an operational level of warfare (OLW) exercise within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) scenario, Jan. 20 at the Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) in Norfolk, Virginia. The MAKO series prepares Reserve Sailors and officers in MOC procedures in a safe training environment so they are better prepared to support their active duty counterparts in exercises and real-world scenarios.
