U.S. Army Soldiers attending Basic Leader Course 03-24 take part in leader stakes maneuvers at the 7th Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy (7th Army NCOA) in Grafenwoehr, Germany on Jan. 25, 2024. Soldiers come across a casualty with a life-threatening condition where they need to quickly address a severe bleeding injury by applying a tourniquet.
