U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Todd R. Wasmund, commanding general of the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), addresses the audience during the Theatre Security Cooperation (TSC) winter workshop held at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy, Jan 29, 2024. TSC is a strategic approach to building defense relationships, fostering military-to-military interactions, and enhancing partner nations' security capabilities. Through these initiatives, SETAF-AF supports U.S. Africa Command’s (AFRICOM) mission to deter and defeat transnational threats and to provide a security environment conducive to good governance and development.
