U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Jacy Payne watches U.S. Army AH-64 Apache attack helicopters during a low-light tactical air control party during exercise Bougainville III at Pohakuloa Training Area, Feb. 1, 2024. Bougainville III is a 3d Littoral Combat Team live-fire exercise focused on decentralized operations to prepare the battalion to command and control forces from dispersed locations.
