Dr. Raj Gupta, deputy director of the DOD Blast Injury Research Coordinating Office, managed by the Medical Research and Development Command, is leading the development of a new tool designed to help Service Members protect themselves from the effects of blast overpressure created by heavy weapons when they are fired during training.
