Juan Lozano found themselves at a 0500-uniform inspection with a white apron and a chef’s hat ready to serve the Soldiers their first morning meal. Maj. Allen Fujinaka learned the intricacies of meat preparation and Command Sgt. Maj. Juan Lozano learned how to make over 400 biscuits from scratch. “The experience of what our Army Culinary Specialist do is unmatched and uncommon to what many of our Soldiers experience across formations. We truly appreciate all that our Army Culinary Specialists do. I think this is a great way to build unity across our formations,” says Command Sgt. Maj. Juan Lozano.
