A U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Harriet Lane (WMEC 903) small boat crew and boarding team, along with two Samoan shipriders from Samoa Police and Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery, embark on a fishing vessel to conduct a routine boarding in the Samoa Exclusive Economic Zone, Feb. 5, 2024.
