Seth Martin, an IT Specialist with Southern-European Task force Africa and a native of Vicenza, Italy, participates in a mock receiving event for the Executive Leadership Development Program at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Feb. 6, 2024. The purpose of the visit is to familiarize participants of the ELDP with the rigors or recruit training and highlight the uniqueness that distinguishes Marines from the other branches of the Armed Forces.
