    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 7, 2024) A United States Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Yokosuka Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) evaluates critical patients and prepares them for transportation on Pier 6 at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka during a mass casualty drill.
