U.S. Army Sgt. Shemar Rivers, Sgt. 1st Class Manuel Soto, and Staff Sgt. Isaiah Collier, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, leave the aircraft where Soto held his reenlistment ceremony, Aviano Air Base, Italy, Feb. 8th, 2024. Soto’s reenlistment is a testament to his dedication to the Army's mission. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army's contingency response force in Europe, providing rapidly deployable forces to the United States European, African and Central Command areas of responsibility.
