An MB4 tow tractor pulls an F-22 Raptor assigned to Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska to be refueled by a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to Charleston AFB, South Carolina at Nellis AFB, Nevada, Feb. 2, 2024.
