MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (Feb. 7, 2024) – The commander of U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Army Gen. Laura Richardson, joins U.S. Ambassador to Uruguay Heide B. Fulton, Uruguayan Undersecretary of Defense Rivera Elgue, and Uruguayan service members for a group photo following a discussion focused on Women, Peace and Security.
