Command Sgt. Maj. John Hilton, the senior enlisted advisor to Maj. Gen. W. Scott Lynn, the Army Reserve Medical Command's commanding general began his tenure Feb. 1, 2024, although he participated in a Dec. 3, 2023, ceremonial transfer of responsibility with outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Boudnik at the command's Pinellas Park, Fla., headquarters. Hilton said he joined the Army Reserve Jan. 9, 1986, because the Ware, N.H., resident heard good things from his high school buddies and his own family's history of service.
