Airmen assigned to the 442nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron load components of an A-10C Thunderbolt II assigned to the 303rd Fighter Squadron, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, onto a C-17 Globemaster II assigned to the 89th Airlift Squadron, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, at MacDill AFB, Florida, Feb. 15, 2024. The C-17 is the newest, most flexible cargo aircraft to enter the airlift force.
