MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Feb. 4, 2024) Cpl. Robert Quesenberry, assigned to Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron 162 (Reinforced), inserts the bladder into the life preserver casings for the aircrew aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) in the Mediterranean Sea, Feb. 4. Bataan is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations, employed by U.S. Sixth Fleet to defend U.S. allied and partner interests.
